    Student scholarship. Built neural network pipelines for metabolite assessment and NMR spectra correction in Python.

  3. Aqvist Lab, Uppsala University

    Internship in the Computational Biology department. Ran molecular docking (Schrodinger) and Free Energy Perturbation calculations on adenosine A2A/A2B receptors using the Q dynamics package. Streamlined the Q workflows to make runs faster and easier to reproduce.

    Student internship. Data analysis and literature review investigating links between malaria and multiple myeloma.
